Kitchen service was very slow, we had to get some of our orders changed to “to-go”. The Club Sandwich was good and the pesto Mayo was a good addition. The steaks were very over cooked and dry. The steak fingers were tough/dry and the breading fell off when dipping in the gravy. Our waitress was very nice and apologetic for the wait. The kitchen staff could use improvement.

Scotty B’s has excellent food, friendly service, and nice welcoming country decor. We started with the spicy fried dill pickles, the best I have ever had in a generous portion. Next was a fresh mixed lettuce salad which was nice. I had the grilled seasoned chicken breast perfectly marinated with spices and seared to juicy perfection. The sides were garlic mashed potatoes, white gravy, and pinto beans; both were winners. The portion sizes were huge, had to take half of the meal home. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will be back.

We were in the area for a few days and we ate lunch one time and dinner here one time. The food was great. The sirloin steaks were as tender as could be. The lunch specials were outstanding and the roast beef was piled on and able to be cut with a fork. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Had heard about this place and the homemade pies for years and finally made the road trip (it’s off my usual course). I can honestly say it was SO worth the drive! I ordered roast beef with garlic mashed potatoes and it was melt in your mouth delicious. I was so full I took half my meal home in a to go container to feed the hubby and he LOVED IT. I also took home half a coconut cream pie that I haven’t tried yet but it looks delicious, I’m sure it won’t disappoint. I look forward to frequenting Scotty B’s in the future!

Good food takes time and this food is excellent. The Onion rings were some of the best I have ever had. When I told him he said with the shortage they started making them home-made. I hope he never goes back.

Nice place. Steak was good and portion was generous, but “well done” showed a little pink. Mashed potatoes and gravy were great. Salad looked especially good. Fair prices and they gave a discount for paying in cash (saves credit card fees for the restaurant). Didn’t like the pinto beans side and absolutely couldn’t eat them. Lots of pepper and spices, which seemed to have a hint of nutmeg of all things. Until today, I had never met a pinto bean that I didn’t like.

It was good food. The grilled chicken salad was small. I didn’t see an itemized receipt before or after we paid so I don’t know how much I actually paid for the salad. I thought I ordered a chicken salad for about $11.50 but it wasn’t worth that price.
