Supper club on the water with patio and live music a lot. Good fish fry and fried mushrooms but there a different menu for inside and out, typically there’s a wait inside and not for outside. Could have fly traps and cleaner busing area.

Expect to wait for a table as springers is popular. Spotted cow taps were $6, kind of high for this area. We were seated after half a beer and had a great waitress named Toni. She brought our soup and salad out right away and both were really tasty. I had the baked cod which came overdone and the baked potato was underdone. As we walked out the door we realized they had live music outside!

We hadn’t been to Springers in quite a while so we thought we’d check it out again. Only 2 of us and the hostess was unable to give even an estimate or a guess of how long the wait would be. 15 minutes? 2 hours? Nada.

Food was great!!! But when the checks FINALLY came for our party of 10, they had surcharges for using a credit card, anywhere from 3% to 25%! When we questioned, they said they really don’t know how much the surcharge will be until they run your card! SERIOUSLY!!! I know that is illegal per VISA rules! Saw news story that they want businesses reported for excessive surcharging, but we all paid cash!

Great food, but on Fridays, they just serve the food on the back of the menu. Wanted a couple of items I read on the online menu but couldn’t get either one. I ended up getting the blackened grouper, and it was really good. Grouper outside of the ocean states is usually fishy tasting and a little rubbery. This tasted like a fresh catch. Highly recommended.

Food was average at best. More fat then meat on the brisket. Small tables but great view of the lake. Prime rib might have been the only good thing we had. We had a broken water glass on our table when we sat down and had to get it replaced. Staff was nice and place was clean. I’ll skip this place as an option next time.

We had a wonderful lunch on the patio looking out on Lake Kegonsa. We brought our dog along and she was spoiled by the staff and given water. The food was very good.

They had a neat variety of outdoor seating for dining. The food was good. The children’s menu had a good variety options as well. The view of Lake Kegonsa was amazing. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly.

Wait wasn’t long for a table of six. Prices were decent and portions were huge. 2 piece fish fry with steak fries. Cheese broccoli soup was delicious and had nice chunks of broccoli. Fried cheese curds are such a great way to have cheese curds.
