Abby was absolutely the most RUDE person to us. Our order was wrong two separate times, rolled her eyes, when I asked a question she didn’t answer just walked away and didn’t count the money we gave her so my husband had to ask for his change. Ordered online there was confusion with a Wednesday one day special. Said small mozzarella sticks for $1.49 but online receipt show $4.19. This manager was great and showed me that even though the receipt was confusing it charged my card correctly. He stepped up to help a customer.

Ok experience. Not only have they hiked their prices recently, their portion sizes are reduced as well. I got the BLT toaster, and I never saw a piece of Texas toast that was physically smaller than a slice of wonder bread. That’s why it’s called Texas toast, because everything is supposedly bigger in Texas. Their payment system in the machine was not available, and the carhop had to take and process my credit card. Then she dropped off my food without offering any condiments. A bright spot was the speed of ordering and food delivery, which was not too long.

Unfortunately, this location must be hit hard with staffing because it takes an ungodly amount of time to receive your food. Spent 30 minutes the other night waiting for just two combos and when I pressed the button to ask for a status, they just said that they would refund my money it would not even give me a quote of time. If you do decide to get food from here, only use the drive-through.

Friday in the middle of rush hour lunch and it appeared only 1 employee was on duty. She needs a raise. As you can imagine service was slow but my food was still hot and fresh. I believe her name was Kaylee. While being busy and clearly overwhelmed she maintained a professional and positive attitude. Hats off to her.

Great location, but a little slow at times. Summer being here again and the 1/2 price shakes after 8pm. Have a great selection of shakes and slushies to choose from. The other menu items are standard fast food. Better than sum. The nice thing is this is a drive-in, no inside seating so the kids can stay in the car. This location is nice as the entrance of the drive-thru part does not block the exit like other locations. Great ice cream choices and fair other items.
