This was so very good!! And coconut boba tea was great. I took another for the road. Our server was sweet and attentive. Great hidden spot, If ever in Santa Fe it’s worth trying! My daughter and I were so pleased.

The food is incredible here! Fresh and delicious. We tried lamb and chicken dumplings, and pork and vegetable buns. The bibimbap, scallion pancakes, and zucchini pockets were amazing also! And that sauce…I could drink it, it was so good. The owner is just lovely. We felt so welcome.

Everything is soooo good! We had pork dumplings, chile beef buns and an amazing cucumber salad. We ordered a second salad because the first one was so good. Waiter was really helpful and friendly.

Lotus is great! The owner Lian is very friendly and loves to talk about food. The dumplings are cooked perfectly with the right amount of skirt on them. This dumpling shop also has an organic cosmetics store in it with high quality products!

Nice shop. They also sell beauty products at this shop, which was an interesting experience. There are not many seats, but we were able to order right away. The pot stickers were good, the steam bun dumplings were a little soggy on the bottom but the flavor was good. The highlight of our meal was the crispy scallion pancakes.

We were on a family road trip passing through Santa Fe when we first read all the awesome reviews of Chang’s. We weren’t able to try it the first time we were in town, but a week later on our way back home, we made it a point to order early & try this place out. It was amazing! The signature dumplings & beef / chili dumplings were great. The steamed pork buns were so tasty, as were the egg rolls. The Chinese burgers are also good but huge! We thought they were much smaller & ordered 4 (for 2 adults – they are 1 per order) but hopefully they’ll make a good breakfast? The sauces they come with are super flavorful & delicious. If we’re in the area again, we will be back!

Didn’t expect to find such a good dumpling place in Santa Fe. They are take out only right now, and entrance is through the double doors just to the right of their signage. Google maps does a good job of getting you there, right by Back Road Pizza. I got their classic dumplings, pork and shrimp, pan fried. First of all, these were properly pan-fried dumplings as they have those crispy lacey fried bits characteristic of the process. Second, the dumpling interior was extremely flavorful and juicy, and slightly springy from the shrimp. The sauce that they serve with it is pretty good, but I would ask for some chili oil and maybe some hoisin sauce if they have it. Some chili oil, hoisin, soy sauce, and black vinegar would really make these shine even more. Would definitely go back, $12.99 for 15 of these things isn’t bad at all. Egg rolls are okay, just get the dumplings too.
