Amazing! I ordered 3 Quesabirria and it was delicious! It came with little cup of soup that had a very well seasoned and flavorful that you can dip the Tacos in for more flavors. They have salsa bar that you can choose many kinds of salsa and sides like jalapeno pickles, lime, cilantro, or onion pickles. It really makes the dishes even more delightful.

This place is the real deal – hole-in-the-wall authentic Mexican food. Great food, great prices, and simple clean dining area. No, it’s not high end. don’t go there for fashion. Go there for the “mommacita” behind the grill making good food, and the fresh made garnishes at the little bar. It’s where the locals go!

This place was horrible. The prices were good but the food was terrible. I ordered the enchiladas, and they were so dry, and the chicken was so tough I could hardly chew it. When I went to ask for some extra sauce, there was no one around to help me. We walked out, and still no one. I wouldn’t recommend this place and sure as heck won’t be going back.

WHOAH – I’m blown away by Taqueria Vallarta’s vegan options. not only because I wasn’t expecting to find such good vegan food in Wyoming, of all places, but because it’s absolutely delicious – better than the vegan Mexican food I have access to at home in Portland, OR. we got the carne asada soy protein burrito and torta, + an agua fresca and sweet corn tamale. easily the best vegan food along I-80 in this region. thank you!!

Found this because it is almost across the street from the Tesla charging station, just off I-80. Super clean. Friendly, efficient staff. Handmade tortillas, lean and delicious carnitas, and I’m still not sure what a quesabirria taco is except that it’s unusual, crispy, and delicious. Torta was also amaze-balls.

Holy smokes! What a gem of a find. We’re from San Diego and this was amazing! The birria broth, chicken and pineapple salsa were all 5/5. Lots of fresh toppings and so many salsas in the salsa bar. Flagged this place for next time we’re cruising the 80.
