As a former pizza dough girl, mixing and rolling dough plus making pizzas and cheese bread, I have to rate this experience low. Pizza crust and cheese bread wasn’t fresh; at least 2 days old, in my approximation. In addition to the bread not being fresh, the cheese bread had little flavor. The two toppings on the pizza were skimpy, even the mushrooms. I have to say the sauce was pretty good as well as the amount of cheese. We picked up this time, but the atmosphere is usually very good. The gal who took the call was pleasant and so was the check out experience. Also, they don’t deliver past North Avenue in Sheboygan.

Really crummy service, at best. They forgot about our order and our waitress didn’t seem to care. We waited over 40 minutes before we said something to another waiter. It wasn’t even that busy in the restaurant! On top of it, they messed up our pizza and forgot mushrooms. The brought it back and just put canned mushrooms on top on the pizza instead of fixing it the right way. The ONLY reason they got 2 stars is because the food was good.

The pizza here is phenomenal! My favorite pizza. The real question is whether they are open or not. Inconsistent hours and unplanned shutdowns make it difficult to visit. Management needs to figure out how to stay open consistently.

REALLY good pizza! Their chicken parmesan, sandwiches, salad, and soup are also good. I was with a group of 20 and our server, Amy, split the check and provided really quick service. The restaurant is located in a former fire station (thus the name) and a adjacent bicycle shop and is decorated accordingly. Great place!

Stopped in to do a quick photo in front of an iconic building and had dinner as well the pizza was outstanding as well as the oreo cheesecake… lots of neat memorabilia on the walls ceiling etc…
