Always hot! This is a drive thru location only, and sometimes the lines get huge however every time I’ve come here the service has been fast and if it’s a bid order then they have you wait in the back to make sure that the quality is maintained. They get things right only if the Hispanic workers are there. The other workers are trashy and discriminate against you based on your age and gender. I worked here for like two weeks, it’s not a good space if you’re over the age of 23.

It appears that the workers clearly don’t understand the difference between decaf and caffeine. Between a coffee and a latte. Refresher and tea. Or when you ask for a specific food item, they give you something completely different. The one-morning worker that always has hickeys on her neck finds it, humorist, when she knows she messed up your order YET again! Why they keep her is beyond me! She clearly needs more training. Aside from her incompetence, everyone, there is friendly and aside from her, everyone makes the drinks correctly & delicious.

I went here for breakfast but I ask for Caramel in my coffee they did not add it that’s fine but the problem is when I took the drink I realized and I told the lady at the window and she said it’s in there and it was not. so we also ordered food they told us to pull around for it and they came out and gave us the food but they forgot our hash browns. And we also got grilled cheese it was cold in the middle

Coffee tastes watered down.. lates are always way to sweet.. they will give you an automatic stomach ache. They refuse to fix or change their drink or give you your money back. Telling you, you have to buy another drink… the customer gets to waste 6 bucks on something that’s inedible just to spend another 6 bucks on another drink that’s just as bad lol. That’s not even the worst part the workers are pretty bad. Attitudes all the time. Like okay? Don’t like your job go work somewhere else? You can ruin a persons day with one moment…
