The employees were rude and refused to deliver. They kept my husband on hold for over 30 minutes and never picked back up. She asked if we wanted carry out or delivery and when I said delivery she flat out said no that they were only doing carry out. We love Pizza Hut but will no longer be spending our money there. They were 3 and a half hours away from closing so there was no reason for them not to. Rude and very unprofessional. Doing waste your time or money here. The only reason I gave d one stay is just to be able to post this

This is the most unprofessional Pizza hut that I have ordered from. I ordered the 6 apple turnovers and didn’t even get the 1 icing that it came with and also ordered 2 additional and was just given a 3dollor discount and I left a tip. Was supposed to have it re-delivered back to me but no one ever came back out. How do you deliver the apple turnovers and no icing. Need better management.

Ronan was working her butt off trying to serve everyone. She was pleasant and so wonderful. The food was hot & delicious!! Didn’t get pictures cause we were busy enjoying our time with grandkids. They were busy with everyone calling in order and in restaurant.

My experiences lately with this Pizza Hut in Chester, SC have not been good.They cut the slices as if a they haven’t been taught the proper way to cut. They cut the pizzas like they are basic just blind. And, they put on the toppings has if they are scared to put the on the pizza. I’m so over them. Maybe they need extra training.
