Surprise of the year for us. Not at all what we were expecting. Much more classy, homely and pleasant. I don’t know why we were thinking otherwise. Perhaps, memories of old hotels associated with new casinos. Bear Springs was a delight. Definitely won’t hesitate the next time.

Food was good ….. service wasn’t bad they were nice but I wasn’t acknowledged when I was sitting need refills or check up on me … the place was basically empty I had to try for there attention …. it’s a restraunt inside of the hotel in back ….. kinda expensive so I just got the burger lol seems like a date spot or for someone to just flex they have money I think being it’s in a hotel not a crazy special restraunt … food was good tho

I wanted to eat here because it was inside the hotel, and I was curious about the menu. The inside is beautiful and unique with the soft, comfortable bench seats. The menu was delicious and interesting and the prices were Fair and affordable. The waiter was very professional and courteous. The food was extremely delicious. I enjoyed eating there.

I can’t sing their praises enough. I live in LA home of some of the best eats & drinks), & I’ll be making the trek back here no doubt. My server Elena was a DOLL – so attentive, knowledgeable, & went above & beyond to cater to my requests & questions. I’m a seafood snob, & I was floored by the quality & attention to detail found on my plate & palette. Impeccable. The Brussels sprouts were to die for, I swapped salmon for the halibut in the halibut/scallop dish , & finished with the mouse cake (with an added icecream scoop). These alongside a Justin Cab glass & Hibernation bourbon drink (which was perfectly balanced) would lead to me to give this place 6 stars if I could. Don’t let the hotel location fool ya!

Food: we ordered lobster roll , it doesn’t taste good at all. We also order the flat bread, we didn’t know it was spicy as hell, the server didn’t tell us, and it was just bread with some light onions and other stuff on it, it taste like a plain bread with some hot sauce. We ordered also the yucca fries and basically it’s just a potato chips coming from a bag of chips with some cream spread, not worth the money.

The Bistro is my favorite restaurant in the IE. The staff is so warm and friendly and makes you feel like family! Waitstaff Chip, Liz, Athena, Justice and Olena are amazing! I can honestly say I have never had a bad service here. Don and Robin and Paul make the most beautiful drinks! Andrew the manager and Chef Kyle with his inspired menus are doing AMAZING things here!! Try the rib eye, the berry burratta salad, the steak and eggs, the ahi appetizer, stuffed chicken thighs, the blue berry cheesecake or the house salad with ahi! You will NOT be disappointed. Just take a look at the photos! It’s a great place to bring friends, family or clients! Tell them Ms. Ross sent you!
