As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ordered 3 hamburgers…2 fires and a couple other sandwiches….one of the hamburgers didn’t have the meat at all. Then tried to call and no one answered.and also didn’t get one of the fries. That is just really messed up. How did you top a burger without the Patty on it and NOT notice??? I will not get food again from here. Wasted my money.

First time going through drive through for the family.. talked to a robot for the order. Didn’t pick up all orders nor did it repeat the order… took more time at the window to correct the orders than just get it and go…the robot missed a full third order.

This was an awful experience. I will never ever be back. I stopped in like any other casual day and was greeted by a robot when I went to order. The robot took my entire order couldn’t answer any questions I had and it was very demanding. I felt like I was trying to get across to a robot over the phone that doesn’t understand what I’m saying. I should not have to work harder to get my order taken than if I was talking to a human. Once I got my food I had 10 little chicken bites which definitely does not equal half a pound and an order of fries. Coming from a culinary perspective the food I paid five dollars for credit have been made for less than $.50. This is ridiculous.

very disrespectful. me and a relative went to get food, and had used the drive thru. the robot was not working for a minute, but besides that, the meal was 11 in total. We order the 5 dollar meal and funnel cake fries, that was 3. Once we pulled up to the window, we had asked why was it 11and the lady at the window acted like she couldn’t hear us, so we spoke up, then she closed the window and some other lady came out and was cutting us off and told us that the bacon and cheese(what we added to the burger) was extra. we then understood and was about to say something thing else but she cut us off and pretty much forced the drink in our hand and rushed us off.
