What a fantastic idea. I’ve never encountered a taco truck that is actually a potato truck! The freshly grilled elote w mayo and chili.pepper is delicious, and my carne asada potato is the bomb!! The owners and friendly and it’s a perfect pit stop meal in Delano, flying down the 99. Love it!!

Good baked potatoes, very different in my opinion. I’ve been to many places around the US and this one is one of the different stands I’ve seen. The bacon one and the asada one is pretty good. Friendly service and pretty quick. The the days they are open are Monday to Friday; I believe from 10:30am or 11:30am to 9pm. The price for each potato is $7.

My husband and I are traveling from out of state and saw this food truck at a gas station so we decided to pull over and check it out. My husband approached the guy who was setting up to ask if they were open. The man setting up said they weren’t open yet (we were 25 minutes early, they open at 11). My husband understood they were closed but didn’t think it’d hurt to ask if they had esquites ready because that’s really what we were there for. The man who was setting up was triggered by my husbands question and was extremely rude with his “Que no vez que los estoy cosiendo?” Answer. As a business owner myself, costumer service should be your first priority. Don’t be rude when you’re asked a simple question. Go to the guy on the small taco truck on the other side of the gas station. He was very polite when we approached him.
