Best Applebees I have ever been to from here to the west coast. Service was top notch. The speed at which my food was delivered was absolutely incredible. If you sit at the bar, Mr. Nick is about the best you can ask for, you’d think he’d been doing this for 20+ years.

If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. The service was absolutely terrible.. to start they were playing rap music curse words and all! The server was VERY RUDE DID NOT CARE AT ALL FOR HIS JOB.. there was No manger on the floor at all.. all there was little kids running the store. COURTNEY H gave us TERRIBLE service. I’ve been in the food industry, but her behavior was unacceptable. A friend asked what margaritas were frozen, her response was one of sarcasm and belittlement. I have never seen a waitress treat a customer in this way. On top of this there were flys in our drinks, and rather than rectifying this herself, I had to request the assistance of a manager. With one fly instance, COURTNEY H brought over a drink with a fly in it, brought it to the table and AT THE TABLE noticed the fly in the drink. I didn’t get the managers name, middle aged woman with brunette hair. SHE rectified the situation quickly and easily. COURTNEY H made our experience so horrible we won’t be coming back.

The waitress was very nice and attentive. Great interaction/conversation with my daughters and me. Congratulated my one daughter on her graduation and we wished her a Happy Mother’s Day when she mentioned her child. Also showed great composure with the party behind us that appeared to be giving her a difficult time with their order and a large gift card(s) purchase. I wish I remembered her name, but it was around 8pm the time she served us.

First time at this location. I didn’t pay attention to the cleanliness till after I stopped trying to eat my over salty cheese bits. They was extremely salty on the inside not the outside, so that could be from the supplier. They did take them off our bill, I was offered anything I wanted to replace them but the excessive salt made my stomach hurt. I was having a great evening with my husband, so I wasn’t focused on some things at first. My husband enjoyed his burger and fries. I started looking around while just sitting there. That is when I noticed the dirty window ledge and blinds. The waitress was very helpful, polite, and professional. The restaurant for a Friday night at dinner time was pretty empty. The parking lot is not the best for handicap people, kinda far from front door. We won’t return to this location.

I was my birthday on July 7th and we went to this location to celebrate, my husband informed the waitress 2 time that it was my birthday we ordered our food an when it came out my son didn’t even get his food till we finished ours, which upset me then she asked if we were ready for the check I said it’s my birthday she said oh do u want the brownie I said yes she seemed upset then no one sang she gave me my dessert and just walked away so no she didn’t revive a tip she made me so mad I went there for the experience and a birthday song I will not be returning to this location. Terrible service.

Don’t order boneless chicken wings. They are mostly bread coating and that goes for the chicken strips. Should have known better. I’m sure there are better items on the menu. Ask your server for recommendations. Staff was very nice.
