I ordered the General Tso’s on my mission to find the best in town. This was pretty much the quintessential hole in the wall/strip mall Chinese place. The chicken was kind of chewy/spongy and the rice was that cheaper yellow fried rice. They had a pretty good lunch deal, but they asked us if we wanted the combo and charged us for the more expensive combo dinner platter instead of the lunch deal, so beware of that if you go here!! Bite squad and menufy do deliver for online order here if that’s your thing

Do not eat here. Place is very unsanitary, saw black spots all over the wall next to register as well as nasty looking mystery slim dried up on the fridge in plain sight. Food tasted reheated from the day before and wasn’t fresh

In my opinion this restaurant and Mandarin Express in the mall have the best food in the city. I’ve been getting takeout from Hong Kong II since my freshman year of college in 2018. I get the honey wings with fried rice and it is always delicious, fresh, and hot EVERY TIME. They are super consistent. Takeout orders are ready in 15-20 minutes. I definitely recommend this place.

Better than your average take out. Food is always hot and fresh. A bit on the higher price of Chinese food but it’s not bland so it’s worth it. Slightly addicted. Only downside I can think of is the ONE time where my shrimp didnt taste super fresh, the lo mein was still delicious and I didnt get sick so it was still worth it.
