We have been quite a few times now. They seem to have a lot of staff turnover. Not very knowledgeable and service can be a little slow. The food is pretty good. We’ve liked most things we have tried.

The food is good, but customer service is incredibly lacking. I walked in to pick up a to-go order and no one greeted me or bothered to ask what I need assistance with after standing there for a few minutes. I mean, no one even attempted to make eye contact. I finally had to flag someone down and was then told it would be another 10 minutes before my food was done, even though I was provided with the “ready by” time. I chose to order from here because it was closer to home, but next time I’ll drive a little further down to Top Sushi, where the environment is a step up. After all, you’re not just paying for good food, but also great customer service.

Best little secret in Tomball. Food is excellent. They even have delicious sushi rolls for someone who has fish allergies. It’s called the chicken tempura roll. It was awesome!!!!

The wait staff was great. The sushi was pretty good, the miso soup was not very good, and the crab puff seemed to have no crab in them whatsoever. The crab puffs were not bad, they should just rename them cream puffs on the menu. The dipping sauce for the crab puffs was not good at all, wish they would just have sweet n sour, or sweet chili sauce like everyone else. There was also a man in the back coughing, and snorting up flim, very unsettling. Also very expensive for what you get.
