Staff was friendly but I don’t think I’ll be returning. Went around 1pm on a weekday looking to get fried chicken quarter legs with rice and salad (dinner meal). The Lady advised that they only had “shredded chicken”. I then asked whether I can get chicharron with tostones and she was able to give me that. I was excited to eat my food because it smelled so good. But when I opened it, I noticed she gave me ripe tostones (more on the sweeter side than actual green tostones). That turned me off… then I noticed I didn’t get chicharron but instead gave me chuleta kan kan. This was very misleading. Why are you saying chuleta kan kan is chicharron when it’s not? To top it off, the lady poured salt on my food and it was sooooo salty. Why are you adding salt to the meal when pork is already salty? Will not be returning…

If you blink your eyes, you will miss the “Latino Taste To Go” restaurant. A low key family own business. The food is very flavorful; we had beef burritos and tostones. Even though the business is located in a low key section of the city of Cleveland, we noticed it had a steady customer flow. One item that I would like to commend the restaurant for was the level of cleanliness. Every time an order was given to the customer, the person in charge returned to the kitchen to prepare the next order, her hands were washed just right before the next customer food preparation. This little key element is part of Safe Serve food standards in the US nation wide, but yet missing so often. The food is only to Go, but they have UBER Eats and other carriers too. The food has the flavors of Puerto Rico, but also of Latin American in general. Give them a try, you will enjoy their food.

Ordered a catered lunch for approximately 60 people located at our two separate office locations. Phenomenal and seamless experience. The food was varied, fresh, delicious and hot. Reasonably priced and excellent portion sizes. EVERYONE at our place of business LOVED IT. Absolutely loved it. Only wish Latino Taste could have left a stack of business cards because ssssoooo many people needed to know where you’re located so they can enjoy more food from you! Highly recommend.

This little hole in the wall deserves more attention. Though they are usually running low on something or another, Everything that I’ve tried from them has been delicious! They are a small team of probably home cook that know how to make delicious food. Honestly, when I call to order and they tell me they might not have something I just reply with “It’s ok, just make it good”. They give you the hook up too! all their items can feed up to 2 people. Trust me, just try out their chicken empanada and you’ll be back before you know it wanting to try out more.
