This place has potential but i’d rather buy real Nica food from a fritanga. They served me old gallo pinto not cooked the right way. And gave me hard cold maduros. The only good thing was the singer on Saturday night. Meat was okay.

I’ve always had brushed this place off as a Fogata knockoff but it’s the real deal. Our food was very tasty and everything was reasonably priced. Why I had to dock a star was that the tip was already included yes I was provided with exceptional service but I would have wanted to have a choice.

Horrible food. Mariquitas were fried in disgusting 2 week old oil which you could smell and taste. The chimichurri and picante sauce instead of being in olive oil, were in normal cooking oil which made them NOT edible. I am disgusted

This was horrible my husband and I went after many hours waiting license renewal. My husband ordered the baby churrasco since when do you Hammer churrasco. The queso frito just did not taste normal took two bites and left. Now, the gallo pinto what this was white rice with some beans over it. Please don’t eat here $55 later and didn’t eat.

On a tuesday evening we decided to go to la Fogata for dinner, we got there at 9:20pm, know that they closed at 10:00pm, guess what, as soon as we parked they locked the door the put the closed sign. I would understand if we arrived at 9:40 or 9:55, I call that being lazy.

AMAZING, AMAZING FOOD!!!!! I’m soooooo serious! This food is sooooo good at an incredible price. I just had it today for the first time. Ordered two chicken fajitas to go while I was still eating in the restaurant. It’s that good! The lemonade is crazy-awesome-delicious. Nuff said.

I ate the churasco chicken , veg., cheese, and tostones with the lemonade wow so delicious I truly enjoyed the taste of the food. It smelled delicious from the minute it was put on the table $18.25 for the meal + 99cents extra for tostones +tax+tip seemed expensive considering what the meal was
