WV Almost Heaven (Montani Semper Liberi)
This location is your standard Chinese Buffet. So the food is okay. Where they excell is made-to-order dishes. Their Egg Foo Young is as good as it gets. The same family has owned & run this restaurant for years. Good people. For this section of the Ohio River shoreline between Moundsville & Parkersburg they have the best Chinese food in West Virginia. The prices are comparable to other buffets

Entire buffet was full and fresh, fish was delicious, chicken on stick very good, love their Rangoon and spring/egg rolls! Several beef and chicken main dishes with soups and shrimp and froglegs too.

Went on a Friday evening for a early birthday dinner with my wife. We had a wonderful time eating and talking with each other. We strongly suggest this restaurant to anyone looking for a good hot meal. Also they have some wonderful desserts if you have the room after all that delicious food. I and my wife give this restaurant a 10 out of 10!

The place is always really clean, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I would like to see more different types of foods maybe a lunch setup different vs a dinner maybe ? I like eating there but same old same old stuff after awhile gets alittle unappealing, update the food seemed alittle off today, some looked overcooked and just lack of taste. I hope they can fix this and bring in some different foods at some point to mix it up
