Stopped in close to closing and asked if they’d still fry up some chicken tenders. The cashier was so polite and he asked the cook who said it was fine! Chicken was great! The spicy sweet chili sauce was so tasty and spicy! Would definitely go back for the food and the service. It’s so nice to go to a place where the staff is so pleasant, especially in this day and age! To the owner- you have a great crew working for you and I hope you appreciate them. They’re the face of your business ❤️ and I hope they’re compensated for their great attitude and pleasant demeanor!

First, we waited for our food for 35min after we were told it would take 10min and no one else has ordered food! Second, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one addressed our wait or even assured us that food was coming! When asked, the girl taking orders said let me check and never came back to let us know when our order was coming she just went back to doing other things. Third, the chicken was dark and looked as if it were cooked in old oil. The tenders looked very white and weird and didn’t taste good. The curly fries were pieces and burnt. Fourth, the food was overpriced!

Horrible customer service. I attempted to buy a 12 piece mixed (half spicy and half mild) and I was told no I could not mix, but after they realized there were not enough spicy pieces, I was offered half and half. So it’s not about the customer wants, but what is convenient for the staff. There was a 12 min wait for old and greasy fried chicken that was under a heat lamp and then reheated to an unbearable temp. Chicken was so greasy with a distasteful after taste and chicken bones were so brittle they crumbled at the touch. A hard no! Popeyes is less than a mile away. Don’t waste your money.

Today was my first time eating at this restaurant and their food is delicious . I ordered an original crispy chicken delux meal with a Hershey s’mores skate. The way they fry their food, not greasy, fried hard, or over seasoned. If I had to describe their food I would say it’s finger licking good. I would refer my friends and family here. In my opinion they’re prices no different then Popeyes or Chick-fil-A. The only thing I don’t like about they’re drinks is that they don’t use plastic lids.

Finally get a chance to try the TKK chicken in the States. Took a while to find the place because it is share the shop with two other brands. Ordered chicken thigh, drum sticks and wings…the only thing I can say is disappointed. Nothing close to the original Taiwanese favor and quality. Thigh and drum stick were dry inside out and taste strange. The wings were freshly fried and are much better, still juicy inside. Saw both good and bad reviews for this shop, that means their food quality is not stable. And unfortunately, mine is a one.

I almost didn’t go here because of the guy who left a negative review but he was wrong. My piece of chicken was super flavorful, had a great spicy kick to it, and was tender and juicy. Its probably the best chicken sandwhich I’ve had. The seasoning had a little bit of an old bay kick without being super overpowering as well. I also got the fried cheese curds which were extra because they were a premium side but they were good too. And during the opening you got a fee bubble tea with the combo. Win/win. I will definitely be back for more chicken sandwiches. Probably during the kung fu happy hour though.

Don’t waist your money! This was a greasy mess. Tasted like it was cooked in burnt old oil. I wound up throwing it out. Even the biscuits had a funny aftertaste. My wife said slaw tasted like it had fish oil in it. Ordered one kwa kwa bao and well looked like it had been ate before.

I was hoping for a great experience when it came to Korean fried chicken and wanted to give it a try since this was closer to home. I was disappointed in what I received. I ordered the spicy combo and wasn’t spicy at all.
