Service is always awful, I tried to order pickup online hoping the wait wouldn’t be as long but it is just as bad. Food has been cold, dry etc. multiple times. Just not good in general.

Extremely unimpressed with the management here. I had a job interview scheduled for Wednesday at 10:00 am because I have my current job at 11:00. No one showed up, I waited until 10:20. I called the manager and he had written down the wrong day, so we rescheduled for Friday at 10:15. When I showed up I was told the manager would be there “within the hour.” I obviously couldn’t stay because I had work, which he knew. This was nothing but a waste of my time and shows a complete lack of respect for his workers.

I normally love Panda Express, however have been extremely disappointed with this location the past few times I have come. Today It is 6:40 on a Sunday Night, they close at 8:30. They only have 2 out of the 5 sides available and not many entrees to choose from that were available/made. When ordering and deciding how to go about the few choices, the customer service could have been quite better as well as more accommodating.

We usually feel good about Panda- but not yesterday- When I arrived there was no other customers inside- I placed my order for 2 family meals, paid for them and waited patiently- In the end it took about 45 min to get my order- they put the Drive in as their top priority- even as people came in the door to order food, they kept working on new other orders- I think it was the manager-grumbled to me “Your order will be about 20 min to fill”-

I stopped in at 830 pm to see a sign on the door saying lobby was closed. I went thru the drive thru to be told I only had a small handful of.choices bc they tore down the steam table. I get it, everyone is short staffed but why are you advertising you are open til 9 but can’t fulfill orders as usual? Very frustrating to say the least

Our experience, the last couple of times, continues to decline. This last visit, around 7 PM on a Saturday, they were out of white rice, and we had to wait 18 minutes for teriyaki chicken. All they say is sorry for the wait.

Our panda in West Bend usually serves good food, but when I come through the drive-thru at 8:00pm when they close an hour later at 9:00pm and don’t have any food available other than rice and veggies, nor offer to make it, is just sad. I understand that yes, you need time for cleanup and not making food that it goes to waste, but not having any main course food an hour before closing is disappointing. Just close at 8pm then if you’re not going to serve your customers actual food.

Stopped in 7:30 pm Saturday evening (they’re open until 9 pm). About 2/3 of menu items were not available as they were empty. They were even pulling food pots for cleaning while we were attempting ordering. Too bad they don’t reduce prices when they don’t have a full menu selection. Then the soft drink machine was out of order too! Seems this could have done this close to the 9pm closing time. There was a steadying stream of customers coming in too. The staff was pleasant, friendly and attentive.

Drive thru was quick to respond and get me going afterwards. The person who took my order had a pleasant speaking voice and was easy to understand. Food was hot and tasty, always a treat for me. I will be returning!

Waited in line for over 10 min and didn’t move and we walked out. The guy waiting to be served was standing at the order cou ter when we walked in. When we walked out he still hadn’t been helped.
