I did the mistake to order food from here.. I thought the food would be like real Chinese but it was awful. She charged me for food $33 and I asked her why it was so expensive but she didn’t have an answer. My food cost me $23 only and I paid only what I ordered so be careful next time. The food quality was so so bad and it’s unbelievable. I ended up with homemade food.

Wish I could give negative stars. Half the time it smells like sewage. They constantly screw up orders. Today I ordered $45 worth of food. I specifically asked for small chicken lo mein. Repeated 3 times. When I checked out the lady even repeated chicken lo mein. I get it all home. It’s shrimp not chicken. Not good for those with allergies. I call and they remade. I drove back while my food sits getting cold. The lady gives me an attitude. Yells I repeat order and said shrimp. Clearly was chicken. Yells again no more change order. I said you’re seriously giving me attitude when you screwed up. I’m done with them. Stay away. They are jerks and their food is sloppy and not worth the price. Never going back.

Very delicious and friendly atmosphere. I ordered my food for pickup and the staff on the phone were very helpful and confirmed my order to make sure that there weren’t any issues. The woman at the front desk was very friendly as I walked in to pick up my order. My food was hot and delicious and there were no complaints at all. 10/10 will order again

The customer service was terrible! We ordered food from this restaurant, and they didn’t put everything we ordered in the bag. We called as soon as we realized things were missing. They hung up on us so we called back. Then they said we could come back in to get the missing things, but we live too far away. We asked if we could pick them up the next time we were in town. They said yes. So a few days later I called to let them know I was coming in to pick the food up. As soon as I told them why I was calling they hung up on me. I called back, and the person on the phone reluctantly said he would have the order ready when I came in. When I got there he handed me the order and said that they were sure they hadn’t forgotten to put the items in the bag. He was accusing us of lying. That was untrue and definatly not very professional.

If i could rate at a negative score, i would. The food tasted like it was heated up from the night before, the crab ragoons were empty inside & when i called to have them replace it bc it was AWFUL, they took one look at them, said “idk what happened” threw $5 at me & walked away! Never again will i order from them!!

Place is filthy. Floors not cleaned in what looks like months. Same with the walls. Went into bathroom and old urine all over floor and toilet. Sink was Brown with dirt. Told the cashier and his response was they just opened and haven’t had a chance to check. Took order then set down and started playing with his phone. Food was ok. I have had worse.
