As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went into the drive thru to place an order. It uses some kind of virtual system with a bot or something. I placed half of my order it repeated it back then asked if that completes my order I say NO. It then gave me a total and said drive around. I kept saying I’m not finished ordering and no response. I drove around to the window to inform cashier I wasn’t done ordering I said no when asked but was given a total and told to pull around.

I went there today around two in the afternoon and went to order first it was the automated system which I have gotten used to but then the cashier cut it off before I even got to say the rest of my order and was so beyond rude and when I let her know I wasn’t finished ordering she was still so disrespectful I understand having a bad day but that was beyond terrible service I left and probably won’t be back humans don’t deserve to be treated that way

The window attendant wasn’t affable and lacked professionalism. The food was mediocre other than the freshly made seasoned fries. The “2 for $6” double cheeseburgers were laughable. The double fish and “mother cruncher” chicken sandwiches are better. No receipt was offered. Other than the supervisor being professional and pleasant, I’d assume that the employees didn’t want to work. The supervisor gets a much higher rating.

Will not be coming back. I am brand new to their automated ordering system and I was ordering slowly, I didn’t think the system had gotten my entire order. When we had pulled up to the window, I asked the cashier if she could please repeat the order back to me. Instead of just repeating it, she rolled her eyes and huffed at me, repeating my order super fast and with an attitude. When I told her that sounded about right, she slammed the window closed on me while I am trying to hand her my card for payment. The entire time, I was watching her slamming napkins onto my sandwich in the bag.
