I couldn’t tell you about the food because we waited 10 min for someone to take our order, at 9:15p. The staff were more concerned about closing than waiting on paying customers. On minute 11 we left without food or talking to someone. Customer service is awful. I really hope a manager or owner sees this review otherwise nothing will change. Thanks for hearing me.

When I asked for a different hotdog and showed the employee this one he asked me what was wrong with it. ( seriously) So I asked him if he would eat it. He shrugged his shoulders. I responded you wouldn’t and got another one almost just as bad no refund offered shows me the management is poor. You know how sick my 5 year old would have got eating this !!!

You never know what you’re gonna get ! Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and sometimes have to heat it up. Sometimes they get the added condiments sometimes they don’t. If it wasn’t for my mom loving their footloose, and me the onion rings, we probably wouldn’t go there.

Normally I wouldn’t care cuz I know that stuff gets busy in a kitchen. But since this is the third time this has happened, if you could let your employees know that when a ticket says easy ice, it means I want easy ice and not just a cup full of ice with a bit of drink in it. You already let it sit there for 5 minutes before giving it to me so I don’t want a watery Dr. Pepper.

Ordered through the app. It worked great! The chili cheese dog was delicious! The popcorn chicken was horrible. Tiny little bites of dry, hardened breading with little actual meat. They forgot to include the dipping sauce as well. Not a good foodie experience. 🙁

Still an awful location. Waited 30 minutes for a “cheesecake” milkshake that was just vanilla and a slush. Watched other people that showed up after us get full meals before we got served. I wouldn’t recommend this Sonic and neither does anyone else that I know that lives in the area.
