Never been to Kansas City but I imagine this is what KC style BBQ is like. Ember BBQ proudly represents KC style BBQ. There is a big menu here but decided to go with burnt and pulled chicken Sandi’s.

This BBQ place, owner, staff are top notch. The beans had a good kick and weren’t over sweet like most other spots, the cheesy gritty corn was bomb, the jalapeño cheese sausages were on point.

Eat here. End of story. The owner is a great guy who takes a lot of pride in his food. He does BBQ right. He only makes small amounts. Whereas most other BBQ places serve meat that’s been stored, or over cooked. The downside is, the full menu isn’t always available. But the quality of the food more than makes up for it.
