Came through drive through order water crispy chicken got my food and it was cold took it inside told the lady I didn’t want it cause it was cold and don’t taste good manager caught an attitude because I didn’t want the replacement because that was cold too no customer service here kfc food has gone to the dogs..

It’s bad enough drive-through is the only thing open. I ordered a combo paid for and was handed a small drink. I asked could I pay extra and get a large drink? I was told no they’ve already closed the register. I stated I didn’t know the drink came that small. she says yes it would’ve only been $.20 more. I had to ask several times can I pay the difference. I don’t mind paying finally she swapped it out. Bad customer service. Unfortunately, some employees make it bad on the rest.

I had the beyond chicken nuggets. They were very greasy yuck! and over cooked. Kinda taste like the grease haven’t been changed. Im very upset and disappointed because they actually launched them today. I definitely have to try another location to compare. Until than, I’m going to say the frozen ones are way better ♀️
