Very rude people. Every time I try and place an order they hang up on me . I do not recommend them at all . They hate to replace food when they messed up on your order and expect you to be happy with your food ! Do not go here !

The China Chef Experience (Takeout Edition). It is never my intent to bash a place of business. However, I know COVID has changed the restaurant industry, and many smaller local restaurants have been affected. I frequented China Chef Pre-COVID and was in the area and decided to check them out. Upon entering, I saw the owners had taken safety precautions as the restaurant had plastic blocking off the dine-in area.

Gave a review months ago. Tried them again. The same very low quality no meat or vegetables just rice in their food. Seems as if they want the money and not give what you pay for. Don’t go there. China House Walnut Cove 100% better. Well worth the drive.

So I like to read reviews before I try a new spot and I moved to Kernersville a year ago. Well I wanted some Chinese takeout like Virginia has and up North. I read a lady’s comment about the food tasting like up North so I said I would give it a go and if we don’t like it we want eat there again. Ordered it and it was ready by the time I got there took me less than 10 mins. The prices was decent. When I got home and open up my take just from the look and smell of it I could tell from the smell and the look of the food this was the real deal. Everything was cooked the right way. General Tso Chicken and Shrimp fried rice was on point and that House Lo Mein second to the best I have every tasted. They have a customer for life. This was the best I have had since I moved to Kernersville. My husband even said the lady was very friendly. Oh I will be back and look forward to trying different things on the menu.

I feel like I’m walking into a lab with all the plastic everywhere. If you place a order on the phone you expect to get your food when you walk in. Nope try again. They cook it after you come in.

My favorite of the take out Chinese places around here. As of now, they are not offering in person dining. You can order delivery through Door Dash right now. You can also pick up in person. They have a website you can order from and pay when you get there.
