Got quick lunch with the family. I got a beef and cheddar meal but they gave me just a regular roast beef. No problem getting the right sandwich. Very good sandwich and curly fries. My folks enjoyed their regular roast beef sandwiches. Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Good, quick service for how busy they were.

DT service was fast and friendly. Order was accurate. Only negative comment would be that we were told it would be a minute for fries, which we were ok with. The fries we received were most likely pulled up early and we would have preferred fully cooked fries.

The staff was very courteous. I was jet lagged and sleepy but they treated me well. I travel for work a lot. Will book hotel nearby to get great service in the future again. They treated me, a minority, like family. I don’t like to talk about race, but it’s reality we all like to ignore. I was treated to rare 5 star customer service late in the evening when we’re all tired.

When we approached the counter to place our order, the clerk was so busy gathering and filling other orders that he yelled, “What do you want?” That took us back, and I turned to see who he was yelling at. He then said again, “What do you want to order?”

Really good roast beef sandwich. The Wagyu Burger was flavorful, but should have told them to cook it fresh. It was a little overcooked and seemingly dry and dark on the outside almost burnt. Fries were good as were the cheese sticks

Chicken tenders. Practically no chicken, all breading, hard as a rock, I couldn’t even eat them. I was on the road so it’s not like I can go back in and complain. Just do not get the chicken tenders. Eight dollars in the trashcan… i’m still freaking hungry.

Placed on online order that was ready when I got there but it was sitting behind the counter. I could see it but no one would help me. I waited 20 minute in line before I left because I am sure it was cold by then. I am guessing it would have been 10 more minutes till someone helped me. So I never got my food or a refund.
