Each employee needs to be trained on customer service. Not sure why they submitted an application if they are going to be bothered each time a customer orders food. Won’t be surprised if this place is the next restaurant to close. I tried to order a wing combo. The employee said they only had two wings left. When asked how long more wings would take to cook, he then said, “we’re not dropping anymore chicken.” It’s 7pm. Not sure if they’re aware, but Popeyes is a chicken restaurant. Just close the place if you don’t want to work. Simple.

So I was hoping since they rebuilt this Popeyes that it would be better than before, it’s not. At the original Popeyes in Rome I know someone who ordered chicken there and when they bit into it, the chicken was raw and pink. Well, the same thing happened to me the other day when I went to this Popeyes. I bit into some chicken from there and it was very raw and very pink. I reported it, but I don’t think they care. Also I have to agree with what everyone else has said that the staff are not friendly at all. I mean if they’re serving un-cooked food then that’s proof that they really don’t care. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because there have been a few times I went here and the food was alright. But now I’m never going back because I’m not trying to get food poisoning

Stopped by drive and when placing order was asked what side I would like with my meal. Told mac and cheese. Said rudely, we’re out. Said ok cole slaw then. Again rudely she says, we’re out of that too. At this point I was like what do you have? Said that’s all we’re out of. Told then you should inform people before they order what you’re out of instead of getting an attitude. When I get to to tue window and pay was asked to pull up front Since no cars were behind me,said no I will wait here(I want to make sure their ignorant selfs don’t do nothing they ain’t supposed to given their attitude) They food wasn’t even good, service sucks and overpriced. Will not be returning. Plenty of other chicken places in Rome to take my business to.

Actually the chicken is better than moist. Yeah I said moist. It is..I always get the chicken breast sandwich and consider it better than CFL, KFC, Churches or Jacks. I never go in, I always go thru the drive thru. Worth a try.

2 days in a row now I have come here for lunch and both times the manager, or whoever she is with all the Piercing in her face is playing on her phone and never acknowledged me and the guys in the back are looking under the cooker and never acknowledge me so I will not be back and I will make sure to tell everybody. I know not to visit this Popeyes. It is absolutely ridiculous. I only have a certain amount of time for lunch and I gotta watch people play on their phones.

Love this place, but on some rare occasions I’d go, because we usually eat at home. The reason I took 1 star away was because it took so long for our food to come. Maybe it took long cuz they were cooking it and it wasn’t ready, but it was still really good. The biscuits were VERY good, the chicken was crispy and tasty, and I think @Popeye’s was tight about that phrase, “Love that chicken!” Would recommend it if you want some tasty and crispy chicken to eat! Rude staff. If lobby is closed, then change your sign or lock your doors. Your sign says “Lobby Open.” Not get a rude attitude saying it’s drive through only when a family walks in.

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever ate and I stay down the street. I’ll never spend my money here. Food was dry, fries cold, checkin over cooked, biscuit hard as a rock. The old lady working seemed tired and over worked. Y’all should hire help ASAP!!
