I can see why they were not busy the white female that waited on us was so rude , glared at all of us. Guess she didn’t want to do her job. We were the only ones in the place took awhile before she even acknowledged that we were there, after looking right at us . Had to take back chicken it wasn’t done. Will N E V E R !!!!!!

My son got a chicken sandwich before baseball practice. First time he had ever gotten it. He scarfed it down. If it weren’t for the low, low price of 6.00 for a plain chicken sandwich and 3.00 for a drink, it would have been a great visit. Had no idea how expensive KFC has gotten don’t eat there very often.

I came here to get food and ordered original dark meat chicken and instead I get crispy chicken because they didn’t have any original chicken after they asked me what kind I want. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m giving KFC in Bedford 1 star. Plus the drinks I ordered taste funny.

Cashier was eating food in the kitchen with his gloves on, then proceeded to make our food. Never changed his gloves. The kitchen was a mess. Staff went out for a smoke break instead of cleaning the disgusting kitchen or lobby. I’m glad I don’t live there and was just passing through…

These people needs to be taught how to talk and how to operate a restaurant, pretty bad customer service. Multiple people on the microphone at once which makes it hard to understand. I understand it’s KFC but Management really needs to invest sometime developing the team’s professionalism. Also drive thru individuals were touching money, serving food, and closing/opening doors with the same gloves. If you want fast and clean service don’t go here.

Terrible, always out of dark meat and won’t make more. I asked for that and I was told a 15 minute wait on this and said okay and was met at the window with a smile and no wait turns out its because they didn’t want me in the window for that long so they gave me whatever they had. It has been on decline for a while and I wouldn’t recommend ever. Unless you want to be trapped in a drive through by parking blocks and not get what you ordered.
