This has to be the worst chipotle around. Portions are ridiculously small. I ordered a single and was not happy so decided to order a double and still had to ask for more. After that the portions were still smaller that what I have gotten as a single serving at other locations. On top of the extremely small portions on a couple of occasions items have been left out of the bag. After many sub par visits we have decided that we need to find a new restaurant for our weekly quick dining out experience. This chipotle is HORRRRIBLE

Every time I come here it is dirty. The meats are always almost empty. The rice is always under cooked. And the portions are ridiculously small every time I order protein they scoop and then beat and rattle it all over the containers until two pieces of protein are left I have had to start resorting to ordering one serving of protein then asking for double pausing and then asking for triple to get what I actually pay for and on the occasion I have had to do quadruple what a scam. Do not even get me started on the guacamole serving portion. And the chips are always stale and over salted. Update visited again in hopes it improved I was horribly mistaken they are now serving brown stringy Guac and I then ended up sick from the food for a few days avoid by all means necessary.

They gave us brown guacamole! We paid $6 for what they call a “large” guacamole, and it was brown. I placed an online order, we showed up 1 minute after it was supposed to be ready, and still had to wait 10 minutes for our food. There were no customers in line, but our order was late. Our food was cold. Probably won’t be back to this location, even though it’s only a mile

Worst burrito I’ve ever had. Too salty too spicy veggies burnt. No like or cilantro in rice just big clumps of sticky rice. Skimped on the guac and lettuce and I said no cheese and they added cheese. I never complain but this is the absolute worst I’ve ever had

This place made me sick, if you want to sit on the toilet for two days, come over here. It’s never good, it’s only gotten worse. The staff is full of lazy and incompetent workers. The general manager should be fired. Won’t be long before they close this dump down. Can’t make money when no one walks in the door. Hang it up.

Portions are the worst here compared to other locations. Slowest service, very dirty in the kitchen and dining room. My fiance got the same thing and the portions were not even close and we were in line next to each other ordering. Her lettuce wasn’t even cut up, was like a head of lettuce.

The guy who made my burrito today must have decided at some point that the juices they usually shake out of the salsas are actually better inside the burrito. Not one shake. I watched him do it twice before I could say anything and then I looked at him and I asked him if he could let a little bit of that juice drain off of my burrito and he’s stared at me without saying a word as if he didn’t speak English or he was a robot who could only answer questions based on keywords like a telephone automated line. I asked again and he may have blinked but there was absolutely no expression or response. I know it sounds funny but I was more annoyed than entertained. Thankfully some nice young lady walked over and showed him that he can just pick up the shell just a little bit and the juice will actually run downhill! Hopefully he learned something today.
