I’m giving this two stars because I know how hard it is to maintain. I worked there years ago and so did a lot of my friends. Food was great for years and years . In the last 10 years they have let the same 3 people destroy the business. All 3 of them think they are the best at what they do but they are terrible. I walked in there the other day and they were all on their phones . Nobody took my order so I left for the last time . It’s saD. I used to love this place . Hanz would be so upset

I go here every now and then to pick up stuff. I normally go there because I used to like the potato salad there. When I went there the other day, The potato salad was too sugary. The point of me going to a deli for potato salad is to get something that’s more on the savory side. Also they don’t take credit cards still and it’s 2023. I would consider going back to get other food, but I don’t know what happened with the potato salad there.

Very friendly staff, quality food and choices. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, lettuce, tomato with russian dressing on a roll. The sandwich was bigger than expected and the cutlet was top quality. I just wish I took a picture before I devoured most of it…

we used to be regulars a few years ago. since then we stop in once in a while to check progress. gets worse everytime. the salads not always fresh. sandwiches are all bread. but the lack of cleanliness pushed us too far. we wont be back. hopefully someone who understands the deli business will take over.

Thia place has gone downhill! Three times in the last couple of months that I have gotten egg sandwiches here, I get home and they are made completely wrong. I only order two at a time so it shouldn’t be so difficult. Today I decided to call them and let them know that there have been issues not just today but other times recently and I got a very vague apology. I will be finding another Deli to get my egg sandwiches from!

What happened here? Used to be my go to for sandwiches and salads. Just got a roast beef hero Thursday, made by the man who’s been there forever. No more than 4 slices of meat on a hero?? Bread sandwich? You want to charge more for a real hero? Tell me it costs more for more meat and I’ll gladly pay!! Of course it was put together on the counter with him blocking the view, so I find out when I get home how chintzy it was. Lost a good customer by being cheap!!

I would give zero stars I I could. AWEFUL in here. The blonde lady is extremely rude! And lies. I will not come here again. BTW.. they are cash only. They have an atm which they charge you for. Never again will I come here. Stay away! And they got the sandwich wrong!!

I was hesitant to come here for a breakfast sandwich because I always go to one place that’s my “go to” spot and they always cook the breakfast fantastic. Every other place I tried in Suffolk didn’t cook the eggs or bacon that great. But I was too far away to go to my usual spot. So I ordered from Lacoma. And I really have to say the breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious. The bacon and eggs were cooked prefect and they actually put a decent amount of bacon on the sandwich. Instead of putting one tiny piece of bacon on for the whole sandwich. They also let me sample the pasta salads and that was off the hook. Delicious and different! I’m pregnant so these are foods I know I will be back for. They also serve homemade food which looks pretty good as well. The chicken cutlets look so much better than other places and they look very fresh. So I will be a regular customer here
