Well-loved no-nonsense burger and fries chain. This location is in the heart of Baldwin Park. It is NOT meant to be fast food; everything is cooked to order, so be prepared to wait. Wonderful burgers! Fresh ingredients! Friendly staff! Minus one star for high prices (!!!) and less than tidy atmosphere.

Who built this place? Do they not understand the concept of assembly-line? I stood there while they were making like 15 burgers and for each burger 3 employees had to wait with their hands in their pocket for the guy flipping the burgers so they can construct the burger together!! Then all the ingredients are on the side not above the table where they’re making the sandwiches. Employees are walking in circles just so they can get to the ingredients that are on the right of them. The only person that are constantly working it’s the one flipping the burger and the one making the fries. If Gordon Ramsay or Robert Irvine walked in there they would have a heart attack!!

The food is well prepared and is delicious. Be prepared they can be busy at times and you may have a wait. The staff is polite and friendly. If you order ahead have the option to have your french fries made before you arrive or when you arrive… Choose before and arrive on time. They make the french fries to order…. so… everyone in line before you gets their french fries first.

First I have to admit that I’m addicted to Five Guys, I’m Five-guysaholic. So my review might be a little bias, This specific branch is the cleanest Five Guys I’ve ever been to, not that others are dirty, no, Five Guys has a standard, but this branch is by the far on a different level. If ice cream fell on the floor I might still eat it. No need to talk about the quality, cause it’s outstanding. I’ve been to 5 Guys in 5 different countries around the world, and by far this is my favorite one. 🙂
