I give 3 because it wasn’t the worst, but I ordered two pizzas++ and they aren’t even cut. I just feel like that’s the least. I usually rip the pizzas apart from them being nice and hot and my knifes didn’t suffice this time. I love this place. I live close, and I don’t really complain because they’re busy usually, but this is the 2/3 time this has happened.

I had a negative experience with the manager on duty who displayed unprofessional behavior. After ordering a pizza online and not receiving it, I called the store for assistance. Unfortunately, the manager hung up on me and when I arrived at the store, she began to yell and even threatened to call the police on me. It was disappointing that she did not offer any solution to the problem. Unfortunately, someone with such poor customer service skills is in a managerial position.

HORRIBLE service. I ordered online. Ordered 4 pizzas and 24 wings. Our pizzas were burnt with no sauce, cheese and our wings had a dash of sauce. I had unexpected guest so I went for pizza for dinner. Got home and wanted to cry. I had to go out and buy something else. Will not try this location anymore.

I order from this location all the time. Twice within the last two weeks and I have always gotten it delivered. Today I was told that my order was cancelled because we are “outside their delivery area”. I live 0.8 miles from the store. They are seriously trying to tell me that they don’t deliver less than a mile away. I’m not sure what excuse they needed not to take my order but that’s fine. They have no shortage of 1 star reviews.

I placed an order that morning for pizza for the office. I placed it hours ahead in hopes it would give the restaurant plenty of time to prep and prepare the food for about 35 people. When I showed up at my pick up time I saw ONE person running the whole shop. Making the food, running the counter, answering phones etc. I felt awful he was in that position to have that much stress placed on him. But he was doing all he could do, so my complaint doesn’t pertain to him. It was when I was sitting on the bench waiting for my food a COCKROACH fell from the ceiling into my lap! It grossed me out so much I haven’t been back to a Dominos and refuse to order it again.
