1st time in a Wendy’s in forever, and it was such a positive experience. Most fast food places are dirty with help that doesn’t want to be there. This was so clean I wouldn’t be scared to grab a stray fry that falls on the tables. The floors and bathrooms are spotless. The help is so kind and patient. They worked as a team to get our order filled quickly. No one was gossiping or on their phones. There are gluten free options like baked potatoes. Spacious seating available and handicap accessible. Modern drink dispensers with endless options. Food was tasty and warm. If we ever come back to the Cedar falls area I would eat there again. Thanks for the great experience at a Wendy’s!

I’m a truck driver and visit this Wendy’s about two to three times a week when I’m in the area. I was actually telling my wife how much I enjoy this particular Wendy’s because of how good and fresh the food is…. The food is consistently fresh and hot. I can honestly say that I’ve never had a bad meal from this location. At this day in age when most fast food places are not very good, this place is definitely not that. I literally watched the lady that made the sandwiches and she put the exact amount of condiments on every sandwich and it was just right, not sloppy or thrown together, I mean perfect…. I truly enjoy this Wendy’s and I’ll keep coming here whenever I’m in the area.

My sandwich and my pregnant fiances food got made incorrectly several times and when I called them about it and told them about it and said we’re done coming, they laughed and said “3 people ain’t gonna kill us.” We are done going there. Don’t suggest it whatsoever because they have no people who can adapt to customize people’s orders with a receipt in front of them. Spent over $20

I walk in and I’m standing there waiting, there’s an employee right there, long blonde hair skinny guy sorting trays, there’s a guy next to him, several employees up near the front, none of them say absolutely anything to me like ” give us a minute will help you in just a second” nothing. Like I’m invisible. Then when I go to walk out finally someone says something. I left anyway without ordering anything.

Disgusting my sandwich look like it had a pound of ketchup in it. The people that work here looks like they will spit on your food just because they don’t like you. Then the girl in the back made a throw up sound. So I hope you enjoy your sloppy sandwich. My tip to you all never eat at a burger joint if you can’t see them make your food or any other place.

You have to go to the Wendy’s on Laporte Rd. They get your order right! Cedar Falls claim their out of potatoes, lettuce, and tomatoes. The Wendy’s at Love’s truckstop gave us cold food. So my husband went to Wendy’s on Laporte. I like extra cheese on my potato and it had a lot! Gary had a single with cheese. He brought them home and everything was still hot and great!
