Came here to buy porridge and efo cos i heard their porridge was good, but i met with the rudest customer service from this guy who came to take order, didn’t let me finish, walked away and i was like I’m not done placing my order, he goes “why didn’t you tell me” but sir, you were walking away. Then when the order was ready, i wanted to make sure my order was accurate, turns out there was no plantain, i asked why, he said they don’t put plantain and i told him that it says it on the menu that it comes with plantain and 2 choice of meat for $17 and he says that they changed the menu, red flag and I’m like well, it needs to be updated and i just ordered from Uber eats the day before and it came with plantain. Next was the efo soup, we said assorted meat and he puts only shaki and ponmo and charged extra $5 for one piece of goat meat, the food wasn’t microwaved, the poundo was cold, the efo was tasteless, and the service was poor, the guy acted like he didn’t want to be there, charged fee for what i didn’t receive talking about menu changed, it’s crazy. If you don’t feel like coming to work, don’t take it out on the customers. I definitely won’t be coming back here for sure cos this guy made sure of that.

They made it incredibly difficult to order egusi with fish. I just wanted egusi with fish, not all of the less desirable options listed on Grubhub. One girl took my order but hung up immediately thereafter, before I could ask for fufu, and also didn’t confirm the total or tell me how long the order would take. The second one told me I could check the prices on GrubHub (what in the laziness, don’t you know your prices???) when I place the order. I told her I already placed it over the phone and she said I have to order on Grubhub. I explained to her YET AGAIN that I placed the order over the phone mere minutes prior, and that I had done so because there was no option to order the egusi with fish instead of the discarded animal part options that they offer on Grubhub. She told me I have to place the order on Grubhub, then call the restaurant YET AGAIN to tell her I want fish. What sense does that make? At that point they could just give me the egusi with the nasty tripe or cow skin (gag). They have no business acumen and no manners. I took my money elsewhere.

This place is the best place for jollof for rice and the best customer service, I ordered my food within 1 min than they gave me 1 min later, they are so fast and super kind and welcoming. The best place to get the best jollof and Goat, the best Goat meat.
