You can’t really do this food wrong, so it comes down to service. No masks on any of the food folk, thought the door says they should be. Were 100% focused on drive thru, probably 6-7 cars both ordered and got food before us.

Incredibly impressed with this location. Very clean, fast, and accurate with my orders. I have visited multiple times via the drive-thru and also dined in on a regular basis with my family. My corporate office caters frequently and it is absolutely a crowd favorite. A great option for group catering. I have never been disappointed, and they will continue to have my business.

This location in Woodstock really struggles on delivery. They are about 50% on getting the order correct and 0% on making the mistake right. When something isn’t delivered, I have tried to do the decent thing and ask for a credit – not making the driver come back. The credit never happens. I think I am done with this JJs.

This place ran out of white bread during prime time lunch on Saturday. Okay, they offered wheat but I didn’t know it was in the form of sandwich loaf. It was a disastrous sloppy mess trying to eat the number 12 with squished wheat bread. For the price of that meal, it was now the second time in a row that a Jimmy John’s experience has not gone well.

Definitely one of my favorite sandwich places, even though it is a franchise. The bread is delicious, the meats are always fresh, and the extra toppings always crisp and fresh. Only once did I have a problem with my order. The sandwich was missing some ingredients. I phoned, the CSR listened, and told me that they would give me a free sandwich the next time I came to the store. Well, it was MONTHS before I went back to the store, and when I did… sure enough, my name was recorded with the sandwich that I had a problem with, and they cheerfully provided me with a new sandwich free of charge. Well done !! THAT is customer service. The counter staff and the drive through window staff are all very pleasant, and focused on serving the customer.
