After placing my order and paying with cash, I was given back my change and shorted $5. I stood there to see when the person who doesn’t know how to count, would come back. She finally does come back and I tell her, hey you shorted me $5. Then she says oh yeah I forgot. I then told her I’d like to speak to the manager and she said I am the manager. What manager at a restaurant doesn’t know how to count money?!?! I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, unless of course you want people to steal your money because that’s what the manager does at this McDonalds.

The slowest drive thru in the Midwest. Always a nightmare. The total lack of professional management is clear. You serve burger and fries and yet it takes 35 minutes in the drive thru. No excuse for this train wreck. It is 9:30pm and we have been in line for 35 minutes. The slowest employees this side of the Mississippi.

I went to this McDonald’s today, and one they forgot my mcchicken, two they forgot my soda which I had pulled to second window and waited for them to come to the window to bring me my food and drink that they had forgot. Got home and opened my sandwich and there was a piece of hair in it. Very frustrating when you just want something quick an easy. Will not be going there again.
