Really delicious! We went on a Saturday at 11am, right when they opened and was able to get a table of 6 easily. Food was served quite quickly. All tables were filled when we left around 12.30pm.

We waited for a few minutes to get in. When you see a restaurant selling Hong Kong/Cantonese food with all the customers speaking Cantonese, you know you’re in the right place!

It’s the first time I found a clay pot restaurant in the Bay area. I am a bit disappointed that it’s too salty for me. But I still recommend this restaurant. Overall the taste is good.

Their clay pot rice is very good. The bottom of the clay pot has a layer of thin crust, very crisp (you can request they cook longer to get a thicker crust). Rice is by its own, dry, tasty and bouncy. Very authentic.

Yum! This was such a nostalgic and comforting meal. I got the chicken porridge for $7.99. Very good portions and pretty simple ingredients. The chicken is very tender and the bowl is PACKED with ginger. Since they make it in a clay pot, the porridge is a bit gooey and has texture. Great menu option if you’re feeling a little under the weather. The beef porridge wasn’t as great. Very chewy beef and lacked flavor. I am DEFINITELY considering coming back to try their clay pot rice dishes… They look so delicious and easily could be shared between two people!

Excellent clay pot (eel pot and goose) and was plenty for 2 adults and 2 children. Goose dish was on the chewy end. The fried sparerib was piping hot and crunchy.

The Claypot rice here was really good. I would recommend you any of the Claypot rice with Chinese sausage. The yellow eel wasn’t my favorite I think you are better off trying other meats.

The rice is authentic and worth try if you never have clay pot rice. Egg is cooked well. But I am also shocked there is just a thin layer of beef. I would prefer more vegetables or sausage within instead of just little beef and rice

Very good clay pot rice especially the crusts were very good and crunchy. The portion is just about right, 4 of us order a large and a regular and a veggie dish which is just enough. Would come back to try other ones.
