This is in fact the WORST!!!! Burger King I’ve ever been too. ALL because of the manager. Such an evil despicable man. I went into the store picking up a doordash order and it took 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. It was clear they were in a rush, so I wasn’t too concerned. I’ve worked in the fast food industry. I get it. But this man immediately came over with an attitude, slamming boxes down and saying that he couldn’t find things due to his employees and that he has to do everything. He raised his voice at his employees multiple times, and even THREATENED one of them before taking over and touching my customers food with his BARE HANDS!!!!! He was the only one wearing a mask too and was previously handling money, so he could have contaminated someone’s food. I was seriously thinking this was a “What Would You Do” episode until he started CUSSING at his employees AND customers in the drive thru!!!!! Needless to say, I unsigned that order after 10 minutes of waiting and informed my customer of the mishandling of her food. This man needs to be fired. He is abusing his employees and broke so many health violations. I have never left a delivery so angry as I have with this one. Get better management or shut down. It’s not surprising you have a giant “We’re hiring” sign. No one wants to work there, and I’m not blaming them.

Old man took order and had to keep repeating because he couldn’t hear. Ordered three bacon king meals and the chicken fry meal. We Asked for two as is, and one plain with only cheese and bacon, which sometimes y’all miss and remove the bacon too, so we made sure to Specify only cheese AND bacon on the one so it would be correct. (so just no Mayo or ketchup). Noticed on screen it was rung in as three only cheese, no bacon so we politely confirmed at the window asking if they got it, 2 regular and one only cheese and bacon. The worker said yeah and that he got it. Came home and they were all plain. Wasn’t worth going back, but kind of disappointing Considering we specified we still wanted the bacon both at the speaker and at the window. The worker just couldn’t seem to hear and needed things repeated. He was friendly though and did mark to differentiate our Diet Coke from the regular which has been missed in the past, so there’s that. Food was hot and good. It’s just disappointing to constantly have the order wrong even when specified.

Unfortunately this store location (I’ve been dining since 1992) is suffering from what all Burgerkings seem to be suffering from in our area. No upgrades, are dingy and food quality has dropped. Most BK locations I go to it always seems like there is 1 employee and maybe a manager that appears to care while all other staff members do not want to be there. At this location, on done ins, it is the same way.

I show up at 6:15am. There is a worker outside, Says manager hasn’t showed up yet to open. This is horrible!! This burger king doesn’t even treat their own employees with respect or their time. How will they treat customers? I hope that poor girl gets paid for her time, Cause she was at work…..WAITING to work!!! Get it together BK, This is why people on 108th turn into Mc Donald’s instead of to you guys. You lost a customer today! And to the lady who complained about the “panhandler”. He is not there every day and how holier than thou do you have to be to assume a person is bad by what they do to live!! You should be ashamed of yourself. Cause the ppl that are grooming your children work in the schools and are “clean” and NOT “strange” looking. Also, Why would you blast the guys truck?!? Call the manager at bk if your kids are running around in the parking a lot and you fear this guys dog, The PITBULL, oh so that means its a mean dog right??? God you ppl make me sick!! I cant’ believe they let PANHANDLERS live in there parking lot!!!! Here is a guy and a girl and a PITBULL that run around casing cars and If the dog is not doing that HE is lock up with the WINDOWS UP ALL DAY ALL!!! This truck has no license place on his ford truck or his camper. HE has his stuff all scattered around like a junkyard , then he go around the neighborhood with a wagon picking stuff up. THE bad part is that there are children that walk to school just down the street, BUT NOW I have to take them because there is a dog running lose and a strange guy living in a BURGER KING PARKING LOT BEGGING FOR MONEY!!!!!
