We ordered a pizza on line. The pizza was overdone and appeared to have been around a while. Parking lot was not busy. Did they make our pizza or take it off the buffet and sell us that pizza? We do not eat at this Pizza Ranch often and I believe after this experience it will be even less.

As a celiac I must eat gluten-free, so we get the gluten-sensitive pizza. The crust is amazingly good – like a normal pizza. After one bite I had to double check to make sure it was really a crust I could eat. There are several topping options, so it’s just what we like. We do takeout, and our pizza was ready when we picked it up. The staff is friendly when I call in my order and pick it up.

Everything was fresh and hot. Got there at 1:50 and were told that they were taking down the buffet at 2 but they would hold till 2:10 or we could order to go. We ate in and had a typical Pizza Ranch experience. Friendly and clean. Never been to a PR that closed this early before.

Never been to a Pizza Ranch before. The food was surprisingly tasty and offered a large selection of chicken/sides, pizza, and salads/toppings. I’d eat here again. The wait staff was very attentive.

Not at all happy! I get delivery often and it’s always been good and prompt. I got the 2 breast dinner as I normally do and it came with a leg instead. When I called to see what I was charged for I was put on hold for the employee to ask the manager. They wanted to send me a breast! Sorry but my friend had left. So much for that. I love pizza ranch but come on!

I’ve had good experiences in the past but tonight was overly frustrating. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas around 6:30, I had to give them my address two times and I was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I decided to call again and ask about the status of my order. I was greeted in a rude way and was told they had an abundance of orders come in all at once with only one delivery driver and that it would be another 15 minutes before we’d see our order. After waiting another HOUR, I called back and they said the order was lost, but then found and it was ordered in store and paid for. I had to give them my name and address again over again. Keep in mind, I called in for delivery and hadn’t paid since I had cash. We are still currently waiting after 30 minutes of the last call and they close in 30 minutes.

Very busy place but doesn’t take long to get through buffet. Food is good. They have chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies, and many different pizzas. Plenty of seating. We have been here multiple times and have enjoyed it.
