I just keep being disappointed. Let me start out by saying this might be my favorite burger ever, and I was so excited when they joined Ashwood Taps and Trucks. But after 7 times trying to come (all before 6pm I might add) they are always closed or sold out. I keep having hope maybe we’ll be lucky, but yet again we came for the burgers on a sunny Saturday right at 4pm when they open and they are closed AGAIN for no reason. I am sick of it. What’s the point of having a food truck if you literally never sell any or enough food. I’m going to stop trying at this point. Show up for your posted hours, and bring enough food to at least make it to dinner.

Been here 5+ times, sold out every time. Complete joke, even showed up before 6 a couple times. Eventually it’s just not worth it. There is literally a shop across the street they could go buy ground beef at, yet they just are content with no burgers available.

The food is amazing! Best burger I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their menu, and the ingredients taste very fresh and quality. We will definitely come back! The only downside is that they are not always open during the hours posted, so if you head to the area specifically for this food, you may be disappointed if you find they are closed.

Alright folks, listen up because I just had the best smash burger of my life at the Cravory food truck in Washougal Washington. I mean, this thing was just phenomenal. The patty was smashed to perfection on the griddle, creating a crispy exterior and a juicy, tender interior. The toppings were fresh and perfectly balanced, and the bun was just the right size to hold everything together without overpowering the flavor of the burger. And let me tell you, the special sauce they put on this thing was like nothing I’ve ever tasted before. It was tangy, sweet, and savory all at once. Oh if you want to add some heat, go for the awesome sauce, my friends. The guys running the truck really know what they’re doing, and they’re super friendly to boot. So if you’re in the mood for a burger that will change your life, head on over to the Cravory smash burger food truck. You won’t regret it.

If you’re looking for a burger that’s crispy and juicy, that you can customize, within a reasonable price range, head to the Cravory. These dudes are awesome and know exactly what they’re doing. They will suggest amazing options if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. There’s also hot dogs and grilled cheeses, which can be customized as well. 10/10 will go back.
