Pizza By Anthony is a Online Mobile Pizzeria. We bring the pizzeria to your party or corporate events. We also do a online order and deliver of fully cooked 10” personal pizzas throughout valley. These hand tossed pizzas are cooked in our 750-900 deg ovens, chilled, boxed and then the entire box vacuum sealed. Can keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for months. Just heat and serve.
Dough is made with 00 Tipo Italian pizzeria flour. At least 48 hrs of fermentation and 70% hydration makes a light Neapolitan pizza with a crispy crust and a little chew ! Pizza Sauce and sausage is from a family recipe I enjoyed as a kid growing up in Niagara Falls NY.
