I went to the drive-thru for something quick. I was the only customer there. I was asked to pull up to wait for my chickens wrap. I waited 10 minutes for it. One person pulled up while I waited. My wrap was so loose I had to redo it so it wouldn’t fall apart.

Well after getting my order wrong the drive thru guy started arguing with me and called me a liar then started cussing the mgr had to tell him to be quiet and to read the orders back which he didn’t. One of the worse experiences I’ve had in a restaurant.

This is hands down the BEST Arby’s my husband and I have ever been to. The manager with the tattoos and blonde hair helped us, and he did a fantastic job. They always get you your food fresh, hot and fast! Also the young gentleman who took our order was very professional and hands down a cool guy!

Very disappointed! I am just here for work and ordered a Turkey market sandwich that unfortunately are not available in the Arby’s in my city in SC any more. I was so sad when I opened it had one slice of turkey on the sandwich!!! I was in utter shock The “we have the meats” is a whole lie in Del City OK. SMH I should have taken a picture uggghhh!

It was my daughter’s idea to go. She like Arby’s and I don’t. But they had a steak burger and so I tried that and it wasn’t completely cooked all the way and still pink in the middle and so I’m now back to not liking it again. They need to bring back the waffle fries anyway.
