Absolutely disgusting. Tried to take my kids in to have a doughnut and my three year old said daddy can I have a table with no bugs. The fact she recognized all the flies definitely convinced me to snap pictures. You’ve got 4+ people working, nobody inside the store, an empty drive thru and parking lot and nobody cleaning. I would fire every single one of these folks because if this generation plans to become leaders of any sort it starts with enough respect even at a fast food job. Health department will be getting a copy of this as well.

So got donuts here today around 3pm, iam a 100% convinced that those were old!!!! I actually spat mine out!!! I never had bad donuts before around that time at a different dunkin so. I will absolutley report this. The Glaze was all old, kind of when you have left over donuts and the next day are so so……well those were worse then that.Shame on you dunkin…..hope you get written up

I use this location often since I live close by. I’m usually very satisfied with the customer service but not today. I arrived about 10:15. I ordered my coffees and noticed that My total was higher than usual. So upon getting to the window we had the “manager/cashier” repeat the order. As I thought it was incorrect. I repeated myself about 5 times trying to get my order correct. The young lady that was making the order got upset with the cashier because the order was being changed for the 5th time. When I spoke up to correct the order the young lady yelled at me and called me “Bruh”. More upsetting that the manager at the window did not address the young lady and allowed it to slide is a situation all by itself. Might have to start taking my business to another location.

I came in an hour before closing, there was one car in the drive-through. I saw at least 4 different people working behind the counter. Apparently all super busy tending to the ONE CAR in the drive-through. I stood at the counter for about 7 minutes while my toddler ran around from empty table to empty table. Not a single person spoke to me once. Not even a hello. I got tired of waiting without even being acknowledged and left. Won’t be returning to this location.

Other Dunkins are more professional than this one. They constantly get drink orders wrong and never ever can make a coffee look uniform with another one. They really need to be trained on how to make their coffees. I used to work at Dunkin for 2 years and know this is NOT how they are supposed to look.
