Perused takeout menu to get “Italian food” and saw two items of interest and low price. When coming to pick up, each dinner was more than $3 dollars extra than list price. Got home and couldn’t even eat 3 bites because of the rotten cheese smell, cheese mush sauce, and the chicken was like little pieces of diced processed chicken sitting on top of the noodles. Had to throw it out. Spaghetti was ordered with meat sauce and there was no meat. Simply gross. This was in May.

They are open when they feel like it. Customer service is subpar and so is the food they used to advertise pizza by the slice for lunch, but never had any. After four or five tries I gave up on that finally ordered a pizza and it took an hour and was not very good.

So I should have paid attention to the reviews. 1hr 20 min no pizza. Been watching the driver go past the road. I have specific instructions when I ordered the pizza. Google map will bring you to the door too. But they lied instead of staying the girl couldn’t follow instructions. Work at FedEx for 30 years this is not a hard place to find. Hopefully I get my refund to my debit card.

Just ordered some plain spaghetti noodles for my kid along with a sub. Received maybe 1.5 cups of spaghetti, and it basically rolled out of the box. Pretty sure they put it in a frying pan or oven with a bit of olive oil on it, and cooked it for 3-4 minutes. We added our own sauce at home. She couldn’t even chew it. All that for $9.00. Now cooking spaghetti noodles at home, to feed my sick kid. Not impressed!! I would have been half way fine with $9 noodles, if they weren’t half as crunchy!

I have to take back my review and the pictures I posted earlier this summer. I went back this evening and found out that they have incorrect prices posted on Google, and the food quality has massively gone downhill. I got two extremely greasy cheesy bread that she tried to sell to me for $10 each for when I arrived. When I pointed out the online prices, as I always order by phone and have to look up the phone number, I got some very unpleasant responses. I won’t say what happened, but it was poor customer service that I’ve never gotten at a restaurant from someone who is supposedly a manager. She apologized, but too little and too late after she saw I was taking photos, which I will be posting here. You can decide for yourself if fluctuating prices for bad food and even poorer service are your thing or not. It certainly is not mine, and I will not be back as this restaurant has unfortunately declined a great deal over the summer. I’ll post pictures of how you are supposed to order and the reason why so that you can judge for yourself. Personally, I do not feel like writing a blank check for bad service and greasy food.

One of the worst places I’ve ever ordered from. Not sure if the person on duty was high or something but they didn’t understand anything we were asking for and we had to give and spell out our address several times only for them to call and ask what it was when they were coming.

Called and Ordered a Meatball Sub. Was Very Quick. They not only changed their sub sizes, but apparently their frying the bun it’s on too. My sub buns were crispy and crunchy to the point the sandwich was no longer enjoyable. Very Disappointed will be eating elsewhere from now on

First problem is my husband said they were rushing him out the door when he picked up our order and did not want to be bothered. We ordered online and it said they closed at 10… apparently it’s 9 so they need to update their hours. Second problem is the prices are way too high or what you get. Pizza was mediocre and breadsticks were terrible. Not worth what we paid. Go to Joes down the road in Plainwell instead.
