I ordered a larger order. I get home and didn’t have my Mexican pizza and was missing 1 cheesy roll up. Tried calling to tell them and the phone says they can not answer the phone at this time. Tried calling 5 times with no luck. Not sure why they can’t answer the phone but it’s annoying that I paid for food I didn’t get.

They can never get my order right. Literally went back TWICE and they STILL got it wrong. I literally have to dismantle and dig through my Crunchwrap in the parking lot now because even though I ask for no sour cream (I’m lactose intolerant and sour cream AND cheese is pushing it over the edge) and no tomatoes (personal dislike) they ALWAYS leave it on there. I work in fast food and it is rediculous how many times they get it wrong.

They get quite lazy at night around closing times, I ordered a burritos with beef and got beans, got a crunch wrap supreme and also got beans and maybe 2 pieces of lettuce that was it, also the night before I got a beef and rice burrito but it only came with rice, I asked for fire and diablo and I got mild and hot, when they get the order right the food is good but recently they can’t manage to get any part of the order right at night.

Horrible food it was so cold if it wasn’t late I would of went back . Don’t understand why it’s so hard to get hot food . Like they would eat cold food. Need a refund especially since we spent almost 30 dollars . No chicken on the chicken quesdilla . I mean come on that is so sad

The new building didn’t help this place, the staff is rude. They constantly get the most simple items wrong or not at all. Refried beans and rice shouldn’t be that much of a challenge yet it is! Also a number 1 combo with tacos soft is complicated because even Sunday, I had to go back 3 times to the people making or serving the food, soft isn’t crunchy, forgetting drinks and then when they see the receipt (if they give you one) just look at you strangely. I have gotten food poisoning both times since they moved locations. I don’t have high hopes.

I eat at this Taco Bell about once a week. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes not so good. Tonight (6/6/22) it was extremely good. The service was friendly and fast. The food quality was excellent. Way better than usual. Keep it up, guys!

My only complaint is the quesadillas I ordered were handed to me with the bag upright, so, they were a little deformed by the time I got them home. They were still good, it just made things a little messier for me. Its more my fault than theirs, the thought didn’t occur to me to change the position of the bag, so, I still love ya, taco bell.

Every time I come to this location, I get a chicken chulpa and why? Hopefully I’ll get a fresh shell, instead I get one it seems to be sitting all day, so hard and tuff I cannot bite into it. I’m sure it doesn’t take long at all to cook a fresh one. I’m sorry for the 1 star I won’t be back ✌️

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been too, all of my hard shell tacos turned to absolute mush, it was like they had individually dipped them all in water. Had to throw out 40 bucks worth of slop, save your time and money and just go somewhere else.
