Absolute Nightmare! The pizza took over a half hour after the predicted pick-up time to be completed. When it was finished, I saw one of the employees grab my garlic knots with his bare hands! He then explained he just washed his hands; I said this was ridiculous. He then offered to remake them; however, I had been waiting long enough don’t bother remaking them. He said then fine, don’t ever come back when I walked out; how rude! We, unfortunately, didn’t get to eat the garlic knots and lost out on that; it was just absolutely absurd service and mediocre pizza.

Don’t order here!! Go through a different location. I placed an order and never got my order or a refund for a $43 order. I saw something fishy with the tracking so I started screen recording it and you can clearly see that they didn’t deliver my food and just shut off tracking and then a refund was never processed so I am just out money. I call them and they are just flat out rude to me saying they can’t do anything about it!!!! So do yourself and your hard earned money a favor and stay clear from this location!!!!!!!

Not very happy. I order pizza tonight and it went thru on my card and yet they told me it didn’t go thru when I have proof on my bank statement. I better get both amounts back other wise I’m going in there and raising hell as this is ridiculous and I’m having to freaking pay for it twice!!!! Fix your system because it’s obviously messed up! I don’t appreciate having to spend double even though I showed them proof that payment went thru on my card!

Horrible I ordered a sausage pizza they sent cheese I asked to cut in squares they did not do it the guy argued that he watched the pizza being made and it was sausage and it wasn’t than he asked if I wanted to have someone pick it up and bring a new pizza when I said yeah he hung up I called back and a female answered and proceeded to argue about the same thing this is the worst customer service in Waterloo never again
