The food at this restaurant is all made in house, including the pasta. It tastes fresh & not overly spiced. The menu had plenty of choices for everyone, yet a simple menu. All lemonades & other drinks are also homemade as well. It is well worth a try. Reservations can be made as well.

We went to Pazzos a couple of weeks ago and it’s still on my mind. We do not live in San Antonio, but we will be stopping here every visit. It was delicious. We opted for the lasagna small portion as an appetizer, I would order that as my entree next time. Everything was so good. The staff was absolutely amazing. Best Italian food we’ve ever had.

One word sums this place up AMAZING! The food was delicious. The service was great. Everything made fresh in house. You have to order the Pazzo Cola no cola involved but it tastes like it. I ordered the Papardelle Bolognese and the meat sauce was the best I’ve ever had. Give this place a try it will not disappoint.

Reviews didn’t lie…excellent service, food and time had here Wed about 1230pm. Lunch was superb. Everything we tried was on point, fresh, hot and delicious. We will be back. Make reservations for dinner so you don’t wait to long, this place fills up in the evening. These guys here hit a homerun. Give them a try

While I can’t sit here and say it’s the absolute best Italian I’ve had, it was so good and attention to detail was excellent that it deserves a 5 star. The place is small, but I enjoyed the fact it was quiet due to that and felt very relaxing to sit back and enjoy a good meal. The noodles were well made and there was excellent flavor in each dish. We will definitely be frequent flyers here and look forward to their continued growth! Also – GREAT servers, all of them. Very friendly and welcoming!

So happy we happened onto this gem of Italian food! Everything from the greeting as we walked in, to dessert was wonderful! I absolutely love the small business family that goes way out of their way to make your experience top notch. They did that and more. This food is so delicious and authentic. I’d forego any Italian restaurant in SA to come here. In fact we will always choose Pazzo Pastaria. OUR NEW DATE NIGHT SPOT The owners and staff are the sweetest. They made certain we left with some lasagna Bolognese my husband had been waiting for, a favorite dish for many!! Their Bolognese… is TDF!! The noodles are all homemade, perfectly al dente!!
