Tried the oxtail along with the stewed chicken. Not a combination I’ll try again. My oxtails were hard and very limited meat with both choices. More bones than anything else. Didn’t think it was worth the $14. The flavors were great.. employee’s were very nice and many options to choose from.. I just didn’t enjoy my meal. Once I ate the meat that i could I found myself still hungry.

Did not dine in. Ordered food to go. When the beans were given in a separate container it was mostly liquid and hardly any beans. That was disappointing. Had an abundance of yellow rice. Roast pork was good. Sweet plaintains enjoyable not burnt.

The pernil con arroz y gandules was delicious. Friendly staff willing to go out of their way for you. I stop in any time I’m in the area. I wish had taken pictures but was too anxious to eat!!

Finally some decent Dominican food!! Restaurant has club/lounge vibes guess it gets lit after 6pm could be wrong. Came through for some lunch with coworkers they wanted to try dominican food so we found this little ruby. Staff is friendly and communicate well with customers. My coworkers enjoyed the food very well had to break the Wawa chain and have some home food! They had pollo guisado and pollo al horno both with rice and beans I had the Yuka with pernil BANGING! A little upset that I don’t have a spot like this closer to new castle had to drive a bit but all is well l. CHANGE IS COMING!

This is a new discovery for take out while working in the city. Not in the greatest area in Wilmington, but quick service and everything is already prepared. Huge portion for only $10. This is roast pork with yellow rice and beans. Muy delicioso!
