Horrible missing top slice of my sour dough breakfast sandwich cheese stuck to the top of cardboard smashed. The one piece I did get was dry and cold missing several items 2 wake up wraps and a bagel with cream cheese. People went without because of these missing items. I don’t know how this place stays open with people serving food like that. How does this happen like you can’t see something is missing before you close the box and crush it in the small bag you put it in. Picture says I can’t make this up. Whoever hired the people or person that made and bagged my order needs to find another line of work. I don’t know how you could have fit all 11 items in here I ordered if I managed to get them all. You smashed 8 items in there though.

The worst DD in Rochester. Horrible service. The bathroom is horrendous. The system was down and was told to go order at drive thru. It was two of us with two different orders. When I told staff on intercom the staff said we can’t take two orders. I explained what happened and she and another staff in background insisted that they will not take our two orders. Very rude. We took our business somewhere else.

Norton and culver Dunkin is the worst! I’ve had employees swear through the ordering intercom thinking it’s funny and the line always take FOREVER! They make the coffee bad and run out of everything … this Dunkin is a no go for me unprofessional location.

During morning hours. Very dis functional. Drive thru takes way too much time. Always short staffed. They prioritize online order pickups over people in drive thru. It shouldn’t take 20 to 25 mins in a drive thru line to get a coffee.

The worst, most unreliable Dunkin location in Rochester. They will lock their doors on a random Friday morning and not let anyone in during their business hours and not answer anyone in the drive thru, creating a massively long line without any warning or sign or anything to keep customers informed. They will also say Dunkin “discontinued” certain menu items instead of admitting that they ran out of ingredients or just don’t want to make it. I went to a different Dunkin just a mile away and the two items they said were “discontinued” by the company, they were able to make and confirm that it was never discontinued. Horrible service, lying staff and just not reliable at all. Please go somewhere else and save your time and money.
