This Ruby Tuesdays is a great place with a great staff they’re always friendly helpful and courteous and go out of the way to make Ensure that are meals are cooked correctly and to how we would like them to be done there is no such thing as too small of a request here. There is always a manager available to talk to you and sometimes even two. The garden bar is always fresh and if it’s not a simple request get that filled immediately for you. That’s me speaks volumes for staff attentiveness

I love the food at Ruby Tuesday already. The Garden Bar is amazing, the Pasta, The Cheesecake… Incredible. I have to say I’ve been to many Ruby Tuesday’s and this one is by far the nicest. Best tasting food and the nicest staff. Absolutely impressed and definitely coming back

So I ordered a steak at an American cuisine and expected it to be cooked exactly the way i wanted… jokes on me right? Ordered the hickory bourbon chicken and it was over loaded with the spicy sauce. This is a very weak 2 star and only because our waitress Rachel was extremely friendly and bubbly. Salad bar was pretty weak with fresh options as well.

Service was very good, but his place has changed since my last visit. The entrees my wife and I ordered looked more like appetizers than main dishes: the portions were so shockingly small that we thought there had been a mistake. This is my last visit….

Service at this Ruby Tuesday was good. If you enjoy a meal that has tablespoons of salt in it in this place is for you. For me and the guests that were with me all had the same opinion. Our dinner was salt!

Currently sitting in ruby tuesdays writing this review. This was after the massive march nor’easter so I understand staff will call out and things will be backed up. While I’m trying to have patients, I have been here for an hour and a half with my boyfriend and we are still waiting for food and have only been served one drink. I can clearly see more than half the restaurant empty, and again, while I know it takes some time to get caught up again, it’s frustrating to see staff standing around complaining about how long they’ve been working and the manager not acknowledging anybody. I know this may not be the norm and it’s a busy night, but a little acknowledgment from anyone of the staff would be appreciated instead of just being ignored wondering when our food will come out.

New salad bar not much different from old, big difference is that it’s no longer free, you pay a fee no matter what you order, just depends on how much. Waited over an hour for meal before we were told that they are out of our sides, need to order so thing else. Never again this place needs to close!

Ruby Tuesday of Hackettstown, NJ has delicious burgers. I wish there appetizer menu offered more options. Food overall tastes great. If you never visited this particular location you definitely should consider.

Poor service, wrong food served then had to wait 5 minutes for my correct food to be microwaved & cook a few shrimp. Thankfully they didn’t charge for my meal. Poor presentation of the meal as well. I think we are done here.
